Our story

How a kitchen collective turned into an atelier of safe, soulful catering.

We began as a small collective of chefs who opened kitchens for community dinners and workshops. Early guests loved the flavour but subtle failures in record keeping taught us a lesson: care in the kitchen must be matched by care in process. We rewrote menus with traceable suppliers, built simple logs for teams and translated culinary technique into repeatable, safe operations.

Today we run workshops, consult for cafés and supply bespoke menus for intimate events.
